Just a quickie about the Great Weight Loss Plan of 2008...
I have managed to somehow get back to my starting weight despite months of going to the gym. That being said, I have lost 5% body fat. So, even though I've not starting losing weight, I'm building up the lean muscle which burns more calories. I expect that within the next month or so the weight will start coming off. Daily attendance at the gym and swimming with the rugrat is paying off!
Also, congrats to JC on his accomplishments so far and Happy belated Birthday:
2 inches off the waist and 10 lbs lost
I'm going to declare myself the continued winner though because it makes me feel better. =)
